We are seeking enthusiastic, target-driven, and ambitious individuals to join our international business development team. As a Business Development Specialist, your goal will be to drive revenue through sponsorship and exhibition stand sales, providing you with valuable insights into the B2B world. You will engage directly with high-level executives from various solution providers, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry you work in. This role offers the opportunity to meet C-level managers and foster business relationships among key industry players.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell sponsorship packages for Arema Event’s portfolio of conferences across multiple industries (Experience in selling sponsorship in this field is advantageous)
- Contact past and potential sponsors to discuss the sponsorship opportunities offered by our events
- Identify and evaluate clients’ needs to customize sponsorship packages that meet their business expectations
- Utilize telephone and email communication throughout the sales cycle to engage with sponsors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in event marketing campaigns
- Work with the conference production team to plan event agendas and sponsors’ speaking slots
