RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate conferences within established timelines
• Develop engaging conference agendas by understanding the target market
• Secure 16-18 speakers, including a minimum of one chairperson, prior to the end of the production cycle
• Collaborate with business development, marketing, and sales teams to maximize event potential
• Attend, open, and close conferences
• Cultivate strong relationships with speakers
• Network during conferences to generate ideas, gather feedback, and secure future speakers

• Fluency in English is essential

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, internet, and email

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or university degree (preferably in marketing, business, sales, international trade, or economics)
